Site Suitability Assessment
As part of a planning permission application a Site Suitability Assessment (SSA) must be undertaken to determine if the site is suitable and what is the proposed plan for the sewage system for the new dwelling.
The test is carried out normally over 2 consecutive days and requires some planning to ensure all goes to plan.
